Instrument for the transfer of financial resources allocated in the CAPES budget to the professor or researcher responsible for carrying out an educational and/or research project, individual or collective, or similar event, approved by the institution to which the execution and monitoring will be linked, and by CAPES, with a view to developing an action covered by the program of this foundation or the partner institution, for which the need for individual management of resources is demonstrated.
