PrInt is a program created by CAPES, Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel, which aims to promote internationalization strategies in Brazilian universities. From 2019 to 2023, CAPES will guarantee resources to selected institutions to allow international exchange to boost projects, products and internationalization strategy. At UNICAMP, PrInt is coordinated by the Dean of Graduate Studies.
Its objective is to encourage the construction, implementation and consolidation of strategic plans for the internationalization of the institutions contemplated in the areas of knowledge prioritized by them; encourage the formation of international research networks with a view to improving the quality of academic production linked to graduate studies; expand actions to support internationalization in postgraduate studies at the institutions covered; promote the mobility of professors and students, with emphasis on doctoral students, post-doctoral students and professors abroad and from abroad to Brazil, linked to stricto sensu graduate programs with international cooperation.
