A Ibero-American University Association of Postgraduate Studies (AUIP) announced the opening of registrations for the Ibero-American Collaborative Doctoral Training Program in Artificial Intelligence. The program, coordinated by the University of Granada (UGR), is aimed at doctoral training and thesis development in the area of Artificial Intelligence, based on Doctoral Program in Information and Communication Technologies from the UGR and the universities participating in the project.
The program offers 16 scholarships, with registration deadline until October 15, 2024, at 23:59 p.m. (GMT/UTC+02:00, Madrid). Each scholarship has a maximum endowment of 6.700 Euros, intended to cover travel, accommodation, food and insurance expenses, divided into two consecutive research stays at the UGR, for a maximum amount of 3.350 euros per stay.
The target audience includes academic professionals, scientists and researchers from Latin America, preferably linked to universities associated with AUIP, such as Technological University of La Habana José Antonio Echeverría (Cuba), University of Computer Sciences (Cuba) and Central University Marta Abreu de Las Villas (Cuba). Candidates must have a master's degree or equivalent related to the field of study and present institutional endorsement from the university of origin.
